About The Position

Careington International is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Implementation Specialist to join its team. This client-facing role supports implementation projects by creating and maintaining project plans aligned with project scope. It is suited to a recent graduate beginning a career in project management and client services or an established professional in the field. The position involves working in a fast-paced environment with clients and cross-functional internal teams. The role is based in Frisco, Texas, with a hybrid schedule of three days per week in the office and two days from home. Beginning in the Spring of 2027, employees are expected to work in the office five days per week. Requirements

A degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability and eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
Comfort working with clients and internal teams.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to exceed expectations.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, or project management platforms; training is provided.
Experience in project management and client services, whether as a recent graduate or an established professional.

Responsibilities

Create and manage implementation project plans.
Schedule and prepare for client meetings.
Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
Document meeting notes, action items, and client decisions.
Provide regular status updates to internal teams and clients.
Document risks and escalate concerns to leadership when needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, Fulfillment, Compliance, Marketing, IT, and Claims.
