About The Position

As an Implementation Specialist, you will own a portfolio of customer implementation projects from kickoff through go live. You will manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met while delivering consistent, high-quality customer experience. This role blends project management and customer guidance, requiring strong execution, organization, and communication skills. You'll collaborate with customers and internal teams to drive project success, manage risks, and keep implementations on track. You'll also leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance the implementation experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of implementation, project management, or SaaS customer delivery experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading customer implementations.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and automate workflows.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in financial services, banking, or credit unions preferred.
