About The Position

This is an exciting opportunity to be a foundational member of Rippling’s Payroll Implementation team! As a Product Specialist, Payroll, you will partner with our largest customers (US and Global) and see complex/unique situations. You will work with our customer’s HR and Finance departments to understand their requirements and guide them through GL, Taxes, Job Codes, Time & Attendance. You will also be the internal go-to for all things related to Rippling Payroll. This could include supporting new product/country launches, building internal training resources, and leading Office Hours. The Payroll implementation team at Rippling is growing. This role offers a unique opportunity to not only work with our largest customers but also work cross-functionally to improve our product, enablement and customer experience.

Requirements

A passion and curiosity for all things related to Payroll and GL.
4+ years of experience in payroll implementation.
This role requires a strong understanding of the below: Payroll, GL, Taxes, Job Codes, and Time Policies
Strong project management and organizational skills: High attention to detail with excellent time management skills.
Ability to manage client relationships: Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-starter with a bias towards action, energized by a fast-paced environment and excited to build.

Responsibilities

Become an expert on Rippling’s Payroll products - You’ll be a go-to resource for our clients within 30 days and a Payroll subject matter expert for your Rippling colleagues within 60 days.
Be a trusted implementation partner to our clients:
You’ll need to understand the client’s current Payroll and Accounting set up.
You’ll need to guide the customer through their Payroll and GL set up as well as related Time policies and Job Codes set up where applicable.
You’ll work closely with the Implementation Manager to ensure the client is set up for success.
Partner with our Implementation and Product teams to evolve our process and product
Develop and document Payroll implementation processes and best practices.
Support new payroll-adjacent product launches and new country launches.
