About The Position

ADP is hiring a Senior Payroll Implementation Consultant to onboard new clients and help them become comfortable using ADP products and services. The role focuses on ensuring ADP’s solutions meet or exceed client expectations, while working with clients to understand their businesses, processes, systems, and needs. The consultant guides clients toward suitable solutions, recommends and implements approaches to address business issues, and collaborates with ADP sales and customer service associates and client project teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Basic project management skills.
• Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree, equivalent military experience, or three years of experience working in client service/customer service.
• Business consulting experience.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to deliver a comprehensive ADP solution.
• Guide and drive clients toward the best solution for their business needs.
• Analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes.
• Partner with clients to learn about their business and related needs.
• Incorporate new processes, tools, and approaches when recommending an ADP solution.
• Use broad knowledge to recommend solutions to clients when appropriate.
• Recognize client business issues and concerns and recommend and implement appropriate solutions.
• Interact and partner with ADP associates in sales and customer service.
• Exchange routine information with members of the client project team, including priorities, timelines, and issues as they arise.
