About The Position

The Principal Implementation Specialist leads complex implementation projects and strategic workstreams, providing technical and delivery leadership while mentoring project teams. The role supports business growth through feasibility assessments, implementation sizing, and pre-sales activities. It operates with significant autonomy and involves regular engagement with senior management stakeholders.

The position strengthens implementation delivery capability, supports customer project demand, improves delivery consistency, and contributes to a career path from implementation support through senior delivery leadership. The role also helps improve internal methods and delivery practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong experience leading complex implementation projects or major workstreams.
• Advanced communication, reporting, and senior stakeholder influence skills.
• Strong business and product knowledge, along with a strong IT background.
• Ability to support feasibility, sizing, pre-sales, and delivery approach decisions.
• Demonstrated mentoring, coaching, and contribution to organizational improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementations and strategic workstreams.
• Drive delivery strategy, execution planning, governance, and escalation management.
• Support feasibility studies, assessments, and implementation sizing activities.
• Support pre-sales and customer proposal activities with delivery expertise.
• Mentor project teams and contribute to capability improvement through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Engage senior management stakeholders.
