About The Position

Cintas is seeking an Implementation Project Specialist L1 to develop RFP/RFI/no-bid responses on behalf of the division. The role supports customer projects from onboarding through launch and post-launch, including coordinating requirements, business processes, forecasts, pricing, and profit models. The specialist also assists Implementation Project Managers and Directors with qualifying and implementing opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and intranet/internet.
• At least 1 year of administrative experience.
• Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 1 year of project coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop RFP/RFI/no-bid responses on behalf of the division.
• Manage non-exclusive product and customer projects, including onboarding activities.
• Develop profit models and support pricing.
• Work with Account Management to develop an initial forecast.
• Gather and confirm customer requirements.
• Set up business processes.
• Support program launch and post-launch activities.
• Assist Implementation Project Managers and Directors with qualifying and implementing opportunities.
