About The Position

Intertek is seeking a remote Implementation Project Manager to manage, coordinate, and execute multiple technical implementation projects for new and existing clients on the Intertek-Alchemy team. The role works closely with support, training, sales, and account management to ensure clients have the product resources enabled and can fully use product features. The project manager provides routine communications and action items to relevant team members and documents project activities using team and company tools. The role leads client implementations from kickoff through go-live, including planning, configuration, customization, launch, troubleshooting, documentation, and customer training. It coordinates work across internal stakeholders, manages timelines and risks, and maintains client satisfaction through clear, prompt communication. This is a remote position; candidates must reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work there without sponsorship. The generally scheduled hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time.

Requirements

At least 5 years of related professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 5 years of project management experience, including managing multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.
At least 5 years of customer service, client relations, or account management experience.
Working knowledge of APIs, HRIS integrations, Single Sign-On (SSO), and interface design principles.
Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and drive projects to successful outcomes.
Valid driver’s license and reliable driving record.
Must reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Completion of a project management PMP or CAPM program, or a communications-related college program.
Bilingual ability; Spanish, French, German, or Portuguese preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation projects for multiple small- to large-scale client accounts, from kickoff through go-live.
Conduct customer-facing kickoff meetings to align on goals, timelines, responsibilities, and implementation expectations.
Manage project plans, deliverables, timelines, and competing deadlines, keeping internal teams and clients on track.
Assess each client’s rollout strategy and recommend implementation best practices.
Maintain customer satisfaction through prompt, professional communication, including calls, emails, follow-ups, and status updates.
Configure, customize, and launch client sites based on customer requirements, products, and business needs.
Coordinate implementation activities across Sales, Account Management, Learning, and other internal stakeholders.
Troubleshoot product, hardware, software, and general PC-related issues and provide effective solutions and recommended actions.
Monitor project progress in NetSuite, prioritize tasks, manage risks, and escalate roadblocks to leadership and key partners when necessary.
Prepare, review, and maintain accurate technical documentation.
Deliver customer training and explain complex information in a way end users can understand.
Send routine project communications and action items to appropriate team members and document project activities using team and company tools.
