About The Position

Marlabs is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of a new enterprise software solution in a healthcare technology environment. The role coordinates business, technology, vendor, and cross-functional teams to deliver successfully, with particular focus on financial and payment-processing requirements and PCI compliance.

The project manager oversees the lifecycle from planning and requirements through integrations, testing, deployment, and implementation readiness. They maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, resources, and timelines; establish accountability; and communicate progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership. The role also ensures that payment workflows and integrations align with PCI requirements and applicable security controls. The position works across geographically distributed teams in a fast-paced, time-sensitive implementation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management, implementation management, or technology delivery experience, including proven ownership of complex enterprise software implementations.
• Strong experience managing financial technology or payment-processing projects, including payment workflows, integrations, transaction processing, or related financial systems.
• Strong working knowledge of PCI compliance and experience incorporating PCI requirements, security controls, and compliance considerations into technology implementations.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end software implementation lifecycles, including planning, requirements, integrations, testing/UAT, cutover, go-live, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong experience coordinating cross-functional business, technical, security, vendor, and executive stakeholders, with the ability to independently drive decisions and resolve issues.
• Excellent project governance, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working remotely across multiple teams and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of an enterprise software solution, from planning and requirements through testing, deployment, and implementation readiness.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, resources, and delivery timelines, and drive accountability across project teams.
• Partner with Finance, Payments, Technology, Security, business stakeholders, and vendors to define requirements and achieve successful implementation outcomes.
• Ensure payment workflows, integrations, and implementation activities align with PCI compliance requirements and applicable security controls.
• Coordinate system integration, testing, UAT, issue resolution, cutover, and go-live readiness across business and technical teams.
• Facilitate project governance, stakeholder meetings, status reporting, risk escalation, and decision-making, and communicate progress to leadership.
• Identify implementation risks, dependencies, and gaps proactively and drive timely resolution to keep the project on schedule.
• Coordinate across geographically distributed teams and maintain delivery momentum in a fast-paced, time-sensitive implementation.
