Implementation Manager

Meadow
•$103,700 - $150,000

About The Position

Meadow's Implementation Manager owns the customer side of each implementation, taking schools from signed contract to live on Meadow Pay and Pre and setting them up to grow. The role manages a portfolio of concurrent implementations, coordinates the school's business office and IT team, keeps Implementation Engineers unblocked, and maintains an accurate view of each project's status so risks and blockers can be addressed promptly. The position also helps improve implementation processes to reduce rework and deliver value sooner as the company grows. The Implementation Manager owns relationships with each school's business office from the first working session through go-live. They lead meetings, configure each school's setup in Meadow, translate school needs into product settings, validate configurations before launch, and train administrators. They drive customer and internal contributors through dependencies, maintain current systems of record, communicate project risks and committed-date threats, and hand schools off to Customer Success with no open issues and a foundation for retention and growth. Success includes launching schools at the pace Sales sells or faster; delivering trained, validated implementations that earn strong customer satisfaction; recommending and enabling the full implementation rather than a reduced scope; and reducing time from the first working session to launch. This is a full-time position reporting to Meadow's Senior Manager, Implementations.
