About The Position

Sensi is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist / Implementation Manager to lead onsite deployments with home care agencies across the United States. The role focuses on helping agencies adopt Sensi’s technology through effective installation, training, communication, hands-on support, and trusted relationships. The Implementation Manager serves as an onsite trainer, coach, relationship-builder, and implementation expert, helping agencies understand how to use the platform and integrate it into their care model. This is a highly hands-on, primarily in-person client-facing role involving frequent domestic travel, direct work with agency teams and older adults in the home, training non-technical users, light technical setup, and support for adoption after deployment. Candidates must be based in the Mid-West USA. Travel is typically 60–75%, with approximately 10–15 agency deployments per quarter. Deployments usually include two full onsite days, plus half a day of travel each way. Travel may involve multiple weeks on the road per month; when possible, trips are scheduled near the candidate’s home region. The first 30–45 days include product immersion, installation practice, internal training, and shadowing. Ramp-up includes approximately 4–5 weeks of shadow travel. By Month 2 or Month 3, the employee should be ready to manage approximately 10–20 agency accounts and lead onsite or virtual deployments with support. Success is measured by agency training, confidence, operational readiness, adoption, engagement, documentation quality, follow-through, and the agency’s ability to use Sensi independently after deployment.

  • Strong teaching, coaching, or training skills, especially with non-technical users.

  • Tech-savvy mindset and ability to learn tools, support basic setup, and troubleshoot issues in real time.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm when plans change or onsite challenges arise.
  • Ability to manage multiple deployments, client priorities, and follow-up tasks while maintaining quality.
  • Customer success mindset and strong ownership of adoption and outcomes.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the United States.
  • Must be based in the Mid-West USA.
