Implementation Consultant, Embedded Finance
About The Position
Brex is seeking an Implementation Consultant, Embedded Finance to join their Implementation Team. This role is central to Brex's strategic growth in embedded finance, focusing on wiring together partner ecosystems, configuring complex integrations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The consultant will be responsible for the successful onboarding and configuration of embedded services, working with partners like Navan, Zip, Coupa Cards, and ICCP. This role involves writing the playbook for embedded finance implementations, rather than following an existing one. It requires a blend of customer empathy, project management, technical expertise, process design, and change management, with a focus on building trust, driving solutions, and ensuring seamless adoption for long-term customer success.
Requirements
- 2+ years in SaaS implementation, integration, or technical consulting.
- Familiarity with embedded finance or third-party SaaS integrations.
- A natural communicator who can translate technical complexity into clear, confident guidance for Brex customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-moving environment where no two implementations look the same.
- Energized by ambiguity. You thrive when the product is evolving and the partnership landscape is expanding.
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation work streams for embedded services across all customer segments.
- Own end-to-end implementation for embedded-only customer projects.
- Partner with the BD team on net-new embedded partnership launches helping define how Brex integrates with the next generation of platforms.
- Configure embedded services in coordination with partner tech specs and Brex.
- Provide consultative guidance to customers to ensure embedded tools are correctly deployed.
- Maintain deep knowledge of embedded product evolution and serve as the internal authority, educating CSMs, VIP Support, and cross-functional teams.
