Requirements

  • 2+ years in SaaS implementation, integration, or technical consulting you've navigated complex deployments and have the wins to show for it.
  • Familiarity with embedded finance or third-party SaaS integrations you understand how these ecosystems fit together and where friction hides.
  • A natural communicator who can translate technical complexity into clear, confident guidance for Brex customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-moving environment where no two implementations look the same.
  • Energized by ambiguity. You thrive when the product is evolving and the partnership landscape is expanding.

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation work streams for embedded services across all customer segments
  • Own end-to-end implementation for embedded-only customer projects (27 Navan, 46 Zip forecasted H2 deals).
  • Partner with the BD team on net-new embedded partnership launches helping define how Brex integrates with the next generation of platforms.
  • Configure embedded services in coordination with partner tech specs and Brex.
  • Provide consultative guidance to customers to ensure embedded tools are correctly deployed.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of embedded product evolution and serve as the internal authority, educating CSMs, VIP Support, and cross-functional teams.
  • Success is measured by on-time and high-quality delivery for forecasted embedded deals, reduced escalations or partner configuration issues, and positive feedback from partner and cross-functional stakeholders.
