Implementation Consultant, Embedded Partnerships
About The Position
Brex is seeking an Implementation Consultant for Embedded Partnerships to join their Implementation Team. This role is crucial for Brex's growth frontier, focusing on wiring together partner ecosystems, configuring complex integrations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The consultant will be responsible for the successful onboarding and configuration of embedded services, such as Navan, Zip, Coupa Cards, and ICCP partnerships. This is a strategic role where the individual will help write the playbook for embedded services, moving beyond existing structures to innovate and define new integration methods. The position requires a blend of customer empathy, project management, technical expertise, process design, and change management, with a focus on ensuring long-term customer success and seamless adoption.
Requirements
- 2+ years in SaaS implementation, integration, or technical consulting
- Experience navigating complex deployments
- Familiarity with embedded finance or third-party SaaS integrations
- Ability to translate technical complexity into clear, confident guidance for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-moving environment
- Energized by ambiguity and thriving when the product is evolving and the partnership landscape is expanding
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation work streams for embedded services across all customer segments
- Own end-to-end implementation for embedded-only customer projects (27 Navan, 46 Zip forecasted H2 deals)
- Partner with the BD team on net-new embedded partnership launches helping define how Brex integrates with the next generation of platforms
- Configure embedded services in coordination with partner tech specs and Brex
- Provide consultative guidance to customers to ensure embedded tools are correctly deployed
- Maintain deep knowledge of embedded product evolution and serve as the internal authority, educating CSMs, VIP Support, and cross-functional teams
- Ensure on-time and high-quality delivery for forecasted embedded deals
- Reduce escalations or partner configuration issues
- Gather positive feedback from partner and cross-functional stakeholders
