About The Position

The Implementation Analyst serves as a liaison between Operations and IT, maintaining relationships and ensuring clear communication. The role defines business requirements for software, supports software maintenance, startups and upgrades, and works to ensure systems meet company and customer objectives. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 2:00–10:30 p.m.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent related work or military experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics system implementation.
• Distribution or warehousing experience.
• Knowledge of automated software systems and implementation.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), order management applications and database systems.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of SAP.
• Solid change management skills.
• 5 years of WMS configuration experience.
• Solid Microsoft Excel skills, especially building dropdowns, formatting, pivot tables and graphing.

Responsibilities

• Define business requirements for software, develop and conduct training, and resolve discrepancies to achieve company and customer objectives.
• Coordinate the collection, documentation and communication of business requirements and best practices to the IT team.
• Conduct training for software maintenance, startups and upgrades.
• Create training documents and resources for system users.
• Work with IT to develop testing scenarios, conduct system tests, identify discrepancies, troubleshoot solutions and provide resolutions as needed.
• Communicate proactively with customers, employees and management to ensure necessary requirements are met.
