About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our team. This role requires extensive experience in business immigration, including preparing various types of petitions and applications, responding to RFEs, and managing complex immigration cases. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and client-service skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced business immigration environment, preferably within a large law firm.
• Extensive experience preparing H-1B, L-1, TN, and PERM petitions and applications, including complex immigration matters.
• Strong background preparing responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and PERM audits.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and other document or case-management systems.
• Exceptional case management, organization, prioritization, and client-service skills.
• Excellent business writing abilities with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, adaptability, resilience, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional, positive, and solutions-oriented approach when working with clients, attorneys, and colleagues.
• Strong commitment to collaboration, teamwork, and maintaining a professional and welcoming work environment.
