About The Position

Fisher Phillips is seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal III to join its Immigration Department in Seattle. The role prepares specialized immigration documents, involves extensive client contact, and supports attorneys in delivering high-quality client service. The paralegal works collaboratively in a cohesive, well-managed team with secretarial and clerical support. The position is hybrid and full-time. Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced business immigration environment.
Extensive proficiency and strong knowledge in preparing H-1B, L-1, TN, and PERM applications and handling a variety of complex immigration processes.
Strong experience preparing RFE responses and PERM audit responses.
Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and INSZoom or another document management system.
Strong case management, prioritization, client service, and organizational skills.
Strong business writing skills and attention to detail.
Professional demeanor, initiative, flexibility, resilience, adaptability, ownership, and a positive attitude.
Ability to contribute to a team-oriented work environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare specialized business immigration documents and applications, including H-1B, L-1, TN, and PERM applications.
Prepare responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and PERM audit responses.
