About The Position

Responsibilities
- Preparing H-1B, TN, L-1, E-1/E-2, petitions and applications
- Preparing labor certification (PERM) applications
- Preparing Adjustment of Status/Consular Processing applications
- Preparation and filing employment based non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions
