About The Position

KLS Workforce Solutions is recruiting for a highly skilled Experienced Immigration Paralegal on behalf of a dedicated immigration law practice located in Tucker, Georgia. This is a confidential search for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about client advocacy in family-based immigration and removal defense.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 or more years of experience as a paralegal specifically focused on family immigration and removal defense.
• Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills; ability to produce high-quality legal documents with minimal supervision.
• Deep understanding of USCIS forms, EOIR procedures, and Department of State consular processing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish (written and spoken) is strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain compassion and professionalism when working with clients in sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Draft and assemble comprehensive family-based petitions, naturalization applications, and humanitarian filings.
• Support removal defense cases by drafting court pleadings, motions, and applications for relief for EOIR proceedings.
• Generate persuasive legal writing, including affidavits, client statements, and support letters.
• Lead client intake interviews and manage ongoing client communication to gather evidence and provide case updates.
• Oversee strict case management timelines, including court deadlines and USCIS responses (RFEs and NOIs).
