About The Position

At Alonso & Alonso Attorneys at Law, every client relationship begins with trust. As an Immigration Consultation Attorney, you serve as the first attorney prospective clients meet during one of the most important moments of their lives. Our attorneys educate, guide, and empower individuals and families by helping them understand their immigration options while delivering exceptional legal consultations rooted in compassion, integrity, and legal excellence. As one of the nation's fastest-growing immigration law firms, we combine innovative technology, collaborative legal teams, and client-centered service to transform lives through immigration law. Our Consultation Attorneys play a critical role in connecting prospective clients with the legal solutions that best fit their circumstances while establishing the foundation for successful attorney-client relationships. The Immigration Consultation Attorney is responsible for conducting comprehensive legal consultations, evaluating immigration eligibility, identifying available forms of immigration relief, and recommending appropriate legal representation based upon each prospective client's individual circumstances. This position serves as the firm's primary legal advisor during the consultation process. Rather than managing active litigation or preparing immigration filings, the Consultation Attorney focuses on providing legal guidance, developing preliminary legal strategies, educating prospective clients regarding immigration law, and helping qualified individuals make informed decisions regarding legal representation. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills, advanced immigration law knowledge, strong issue-spotting abilities, and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts in a compassionate, understandable, and ethical manner. This is a fully remote position available to qualified candidates residing anywhere within the United States.
