Lisinski Law Firm is seeking licensed U.S. attorneys to represent clients at scheduled Master Calendar Hearings on an appointment-based contract basis in California. The role is suited to attorneys who want courtroom advocacy work without case management, filings, or ongoing client ownership. Assignments are scheduled in advance during standard court business hours, allowing attorneys to plan their schedules while representing clients at important stages of immigration proceedings. The firm provides preparation materials, guidance, malpractice coverage, transportation and training expense coverage, and administrative and operational support. Attorneys serve as co-counsel, appear in person at scheduled immigration court hearings, advocate for clients, communicate case developments accurately, follow firm instructions, and report hearing outcomes using established templates.
