Immigration Attorney - Georgia Court
About The Position
Lisinski Law Firm is seeking licensed U.S. attorneys to represent clients at scheduled Master Calendar Hearings in Georgia on an appointment-based contract basis. The role is designed for attorneys who enjoy courtroom advocacy and appearances while preferring not to manage cases, prepare filings, or maintain ongoing client ownership. Assignments are scheduled in advance during standard court business hours, allowing attorneys to plan their schedules and gain courtroom experience while supporting clients in their immigration proceedings. The firm provides preparation materials, guidance, malpractice coverage, transportation and training expenses, and administrative and operational support. Attorneys serve as co-counsel and follow firm instructions and established reporting templates. Requirements
- Active U.S. bar license in any jurisdiction.
- 1–3 years of experience practicing law.
- Immigration law experience.
- Availability during standard court business hours.
