Lisinski Law Firm is seeking licensed U.S. attorneys to represent clients at scheduled Master Calendar Hearings on an appointment-based contract basis in Sterling, Virginia. This role is suited to attorneys who want courtroom advocacy work without case management, filings, or ongoing client ownership. Assignments are scheduled in advance during standard court business hours, allowing attorneys to plan their schedules while providing representation during important stages of clients’ immigration proceedings. The firm provides preparation materials, guidance, malpractice coverage, and administrative and operational support. The attorney serves as co-counsel on client matters, appears in person at scheduled immigration court hearings, advocates professionally for clients, communicates case developments accurately, follows firm preparation materials and instructions, and reports hearing outcomes using established templates. Transportation and training expenses are covered. Lisinski Law Firm describes its culture as collaborative and supportive, with employees encouraged by peers and heard by leadership. Its stated values include client focus, learning, advocacy, efficiency, nimbleness, teamwork, creative problem-solving, and high-quality service to families.
