About The Position

Lisinski Law Firm is seeking licensed U.S. attorneys to represent clients at scheduled Master Calendar Hearings on an appointment-based contract basis in California. This opportunity is suited to attorneys who want courtroom advocacy work without case management, filings, or ongoing client ownership. Assignments are scheduled in advance during standard court business hours, allowing attorneys to plan their schedules while representing clients at important stages of immigration proceedings. The firm provides preparation materials, guidance, malpractice coverage, transportation and training expense coverage, and administrative and operational support. Attorneys serve as co-counsel, appear in person at scheduled immigration court hearings, communicate case developments, follow firm instructions, and report outcomes using established templates. The engagement is described as starting approximately 10 days from engagement and pays $40–$80 per hour.

Requirements

Active U.S. bar license in any jurisdiction.
1–3 years of experience practicing law.
Immigration law experience is required.
Availability during standard court business hours.
