About The Position
Lisinski Law Firm is seeking licensed U.S. attorneys to represent clients at scheduled Master Calendar Hearings on an appointment-based contract basis. The role involves courtroom advocacy without case management, filings, or ongoing client ownership. Assignments are scheduled in advance during standard court business hours, allowing attorneys to plan around other professional commitments while gaining courtroom experience and helping clients through immigration proceedings. The firm provides preparation materials, guidance, malpractice coverage, transportation and training expenses, and administrative and operational support.
Requirements
- Active U.S. bar license in any jurisdiction.
- 1–3 years of experience practicing law.
- Immigration law experience is required.
- Availability during standard court business hours.

Responsibilities
- Serve as co-counsel on client matters, representing clients at Master Calendar Hearings.
- Appear in person for scheduled immigration court hearings.
