Immigration Attorney - Virginia Court
About The Position
Lisinski Law Firm is seeking licensed U.S. attorneys to represent clients at scheduled Master Calendar Hearings on an appointment-based contract basis in Virginia. Attorneys serve as co-counsel and appear in person for scheduled immigration court hearings during standard court business hours. The role focuses on courtroom representation rather than case management, filings, or ongoing client ownership. Assignments are scheduled in advance, with preparation materials, firm guidance, malpractice coverage, training, and administrative and operational support provided. The anticipated start is approximately 10 days from engagement, and compensation is a competitive hourly rate.
Requirements
- Active U.S. bar license in any jurisdiction.
- 1–3 years of experience practicing law.
- Experience in immigration law is required.
- Availability during standard court business hours.
