Immigration Attorney - Florida Court
About The Position
Lisinski Law Firm is seeking licensed U.S. attorneys to represent clients at scheduled Master Calendar Hearings in Florida on an appointment-based contract basis. The role is suited to attorneys who enjoy courtroom advocacy and appearances but prefer representation without case management, filings, or ongoing client ownership. Assignments are scheduled in advance during standard court business hours, allowing attorneys to plan their schedules while gaining courtroom experience and helping clients through important stages of immigration proceedings. The firm provides preparation materials, guidance, malpractice coverage, transportation and training expenses, and administrative and operational support.
Requirements
- Active U.S. bar license in any jurisdiction.
- 1–3 years of experience practicing law.
- Immigration law experience is required.
- Availability during standard court business hours.

- Courtroom experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as co-counsel on client matters and represent clients at Master Calendar Hearings.
- Appear in person for scheduled immigration court hearings.
- Advocate professionally on behalf of clients and accurately communicate case developments.
- Follow attorney preparation materials and firm instructions.
- Report hearing outcomes using established firm templates.
