About The Position
Lisinski Law Firm is seeking licensed U.S. attorneys to represent clients at scheduled Master Calendar Hearings in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is an appointment-based contract role for attorneys who want to continue courtroom advocacy while maintaining flexibility for other professional opportunities. The attorney serves as co-counsel and focuses on representation rather than case management, filings, or ongoing client ownership. Assignments are scheduled in advance during standard court business hours. The firm provides preparation materials, guidance, malpractice coverage, and administrative and operational support. Attorneys report hearing outcomes using firm templates and communicate case developments accurately.
Requirements
- Active U.S. bar license in any jurisdiction.
- 1–3 years of experience practicing law.
- Immigration law experience is required.
- Availability during standard court business hours.
