About The Position

Iron Mountain is seeking an Imaging Specialist to join its Operations team in Lees Summit, Missouri. The role converts physical documents into secure, accurate, high-quality digital assets and supports information management services. It offers an opportunity to gain experience in data integrity and digital transformation.

Requirements

• Experience in a high-volume production, administrative, or data-entry environment.
• Knowledge of basic PC operations and computer-related products.
• Proficiency in reading and communicating in English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a sustained, focused pace to meet production and quality targets.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Willingness and ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. Only U.S. persons are eligible for this clearance, and Iron Mountain will consider only U.S. persons for this position.

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare high volumes of hard-copy records for scanning, ensuring documents are sorted and prepared for efficient conversion.
• Operate and maintain scanning equipment to convert physical documents into digital images while following quality-control and production standards.
• Index and enter critical data from documents into multiple software applications, maintaining detail and accuracy.
• Follow internal production procedures, security protocols, and client service level agreements to preserve document control and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties specified by the Supervisor or Manager.
