About The Position

The Imaging Specialist is responsible for quality control across imaging tasks, performing all aspects of imaging and ensuring files are accurate. The role prepares and processes documents for scanning or importing, indexes documents after scanning, and researches and corrects errors found during scanning or preparation. The specialist communicates with other specialists to maintain the exactness and integrity of images. The role also includes mentoring and training less-tenured staff members. Team members are expected to act with Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes.

Requirements

• Loan documentation experience.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with the SHAW Loan System.
• Working knowledge of back-office loan imaging systems.

Responsibilities
