About The Position

Iron Mountain is seeking an Imaging Specialist to join its Operations team in Lees Summit, Missouri. The role converts physical documents into secure, accurate, high-quality digital assets and supports the company’s information management services. The position involves preparing records, operating scanning equipment, entering and indexing data, and following production, quality, security, and client service requirements. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.; overtime may be required.

Requirements

• Experience in a high-volume production, administrative, or data-entry environment.
• Basic PC operations and computer-related product knowledge.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a sustained, focused pace to meet production rates and quality targets.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Willingness and ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. Only U.S. Persons are eligible for this clearance, and Iron Mountain will consider only U.S. Persons for the position.

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare high volumes of hard-copy records for scanning, including sorting and document preparation.
• Operate and maintain scanning equipment to convert physical documents into digital images in accordance with quality-control and production standards.
• Index and key critical data from documents into multiple software applications, maintaining accuracy and data integrity.
• Follow internal production procedures, security protocols, and client service-level agreements to maintain document control and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties specified by the Supervisor or Manager.
