About The Position

CAI is seeking a part-time, remote Image Verifier to support SunPass operations by reviewing and verifying toll lane transaction images and ensuring vehicle information is processed accurately and efficiently. Employees must reside in Florida during employment. The role involves processing high volumes of images through the VPS system while meeting strict accuracy, productivity, quality, and operational standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic PC skills.
Ability to process data accurately and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and maintain productivity standards.
Ability to reside in Florida during employment.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Ability to provide required equipment, including a laptop or desktop computer, monitor, and mouse.

Nice To Haves

At least 6 months of data entry experience or similar work in which performance was measured by accuracy.
Data entry skills of at least 20 words per minute.
Experience reviewing and validating information for accuracy.
Experience working in production-based or quality-focused environments.

Responsibilities

Process images through the VPS system by verifying previous edits, updating information when necessary, and rejecting invalid records while maintaining a 99.9% accuracy rate.
Maintain an average processing volume of at least 350 images per hour.
Review license plate images from toll lane transactions and verify information for accuracy.
Identify and document repetitive abnormalities discovered while processing images and notify management.
Ensure compliance with established performance measures and operational standards.
Maintain accuracy, productivity, and quality standards while processing large volumes of transactions.
Support operational objectives through careful review and validation of vehicle information.
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
