About The Position

The Image Consultant meets with prospective patients and members to understand their goals, recommend suitable hair restoration solutions, and close sales. The role combines consultative, business-to-consumer sales with close collaboration with physicians and team members. Bosley HairClub provides tools, resources, and patient flow to support sales performance. Compensation includes a competitive base salary and uncapped commission; top earners can achieve $200,000 or more per year. Requirements

Three to five years of proven consultative sales experience; the qualifications section also describes three or more years as highly preferred.
Demonstrated consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
Proven success in B2C sales and ability to quickly learn and retain product and service knowledge.
Strong communication skills and a professional, energetic presence.
Ability to address and overcome objections and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
Competitive, self-motivated, accountable, and coachable.
Genuine passion for helping others, with care, empathy, and compassion in client interactions.

Nice To Haves

Experience in esthetics, hair, dental sales, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree.
Bilingual English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Conduct consultative sales appointments.
Build rapport, identify client needs, and overcome objections.
Recommend appropriate hair restoration solutions.
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals, budgets, and key sales drivers.
Close sales and finalize transaction details.
Partner with physicians and team members.
Create excitement and enthusiasm for prospective and new Bosley HairClub members throughout the sales experience.
Remain open to training, feedback, and coaching as part of ongoing professional development.
