About The Position

Select Medical is hiring an Insurance Verifier for its Insurance Verification team in Grandview (Camp Hill). The role involves contacting insurance carriers to verify that patients have the appropriate coverage to be admitted to a hospital. The Insurance Verifier works independently toward daily goals and takes on projects while learning and mastering the role. Paid training and a thorough orientation provide the tools and foundation for success. The position offers full-time hours (40 hours per week) and a first-shift schedule, Monday through Friday, with a required schedule of 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. The office environment allows casual attire, including jeans.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience using Microsoft Office products, including working experience with Excel.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
