About The Position

IMA is excited to introduce IMA Ascend — a unique, early-career rotational program designed for recent graduates who are ready to launch a dynamic career in the insurance and financial services industry. The IMA Ascend Program is a 12–24 month, full-time, in-office rotational experience based in Denver, CO. Through structured rotations, participants will build a strong foundation in insurance while developing the skills needed for long-term success. Participants will gain hands-on exposure across key areas of our business, including: Property & Casualty, Construction, Real Estate, and Claims. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will transition into a full-time Account Manager role within one of IMA’s business units.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in risk management, business, or a related field
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Interest in building a long-term career in insurance and financial services

Responsibilities

Gain hands-on exposure across key areas of our business, including: Property & Casualty, Construction, Real Estate, and Claims.
Participate in intensive, hands-on training across multiple business lines.
Participate in IMA University (IMA U) training programs.
Receive support in obtaining industry licenses.
Gain exposure to client service and account management.
Receive mentorship and career development guidance.
