About The Position
IMA is excited to introduce IMA Ascend — a unique, early-career rotational program designed for recent graduates who are ready to launch a dynamic career in the insurance and financial services industry. The IMA Ascend Program is a 12–24 month, full-time, in-office rotational experience based in Denver, CO. Through structured rotations, participants will build a strong foundation in insurance while developing the skills needed for long-term success. Participants will gain hands-on exposure across key areas of our business, including: Property & Casualty, Construction, Real Estate, and Claims.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in risk management, business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Interest in building a long-term career in insurance and financial services.
Nice To Haves
- Support in obtaining industry licenses.
Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on exposure across key areas of our business, including: Property & Casualty, Construction, Real Estate, Claims.
- Participate in IMA University (IMA U) training programs.
