Intensive In Home Team Lead job
About The Position
S&H Youth And Adult Services is seeking an Intensive In Home Team Lead to provide assessment and therapy services to children eligible for IIH services and their families. The role connects the company with parents, guardians, local agencies, and the community, and provides individual therapy to beneficiaries served by the team. The Team Lead coordinates initial and ongoing assessment activities, develops and revises Person-Centered Plans (PCPs), and ensures their implementation. The role also facilitates weekly team meetings and provides clinical expertise and guidance to IIH team members as they work with beneficiaries.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with mental and/or behavioral health issues.
- Experience writing person-centered plans, conducting effective group therapy, and providing mental health diagnoses.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- QMHP preferred.
- Clinical license preferred; examples listed are LCAS, LPC, and LCSW.
Responsibilities

- Facilitate weekly team meetings and provide clinical expertise and guidance to IIH team members in their interventions with beneficiaries.
