About The Position

The IFM Sourcing Specialist serves as a subject matter expert supporting JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management. The role works closely with clients and JLL Sourcing, Facility, and Property Management teams to deliver immediate and sustained client benefits. It analyzes market trends, supplier bases, and industry changes in assigned categories and presents findings to Supply Chain and business stakeholders in a client-ready format.

The position coordinates and communicates regional and national programs, supports supplier relationship and performance initiatives, and guides operations teams through RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes. It ensures compliance with JLL sourcing, contracting, risk management, and ethics policies; partners with Corporate Legal and Risk Management on contract terms; and helps set priorities, assign deliverables, and resolve issues with operations teams and project personnel. The specialist also supports diversity programs, supplier education and performance reviews, and JLL e-commerce procurement initiatives.

This is a remote position based in Columbus, Ohio. The role does not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Expected compensation is $80,000–$90,000 per year, with final compensation determined by qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university.
• At least 3 years of strategic sourcing or related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and strategizing abilities.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert supporting JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management.
• Work with clients and JLL Sourcing, Facility, and Property Management teams to drive immediate and sustained client benefits.
• Analyze market trends, supplier bases, and industry changes in assigned categories, and report findings to Supply Chain and business stakeholders in a client-ready format.
• Implement, coordinate, and communicate regional and national programs.
• Support the Category Management team’s supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliers.
• Provide management, instruction, and follow-up to operations teams for RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes.
• Proactively manage internal and external customer expectations.
• Ensure compliance with JLL sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics requirements.
• Work with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure contractual terms comply with standards and that contract changes are formally reviewed and approved.
• Establish work priorities, assign deliverables, and resolve issues with operations teams, temporary help, and project-specific personnel to support client and customer satisfaction.
• Support development of diversity programs in accordance with client and company requirements.
• Mentor and educate suppliers through meetings.
• Participate in and provide leadership at Preferred Supplier performance review meetings.
• Support JLL e-commerce procurement initiatives.
