About The Position

Morgan Stanley is seeking a structured sales support professional with experience in Quantitative Investment Strategies (QIS) to join their Equities team. This role will support senior salespeople in marketing and distributing QIS solutions, such as systematic strategies, indices, and structured products, to institutional clients including asset managers, hedge funds, and pension funds. The position involves developing a deep understanding of quantitative strategies across various asset classes (equities, rates, FX, commodities) and effectively communicating their investment rationale to clients. Key responsibilities include preparing client-facing materials like pitchbooks and performance reports, assisting with client inquiries and due diligence requests, and coordinating with structuring, trading, and research teams to customize solutions. The role also entails maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients while supporting new business development efforts.

Requirements

  • Experience in QIS (Quantitative Investment Strategies).
  • Experience in structured sales support.
  • Ability to develop a strong understanding of quantitative strategies across asset classes.
  • Ability to articulate investment rationale to clients.
