Identity Intelligence Analyst, Mid Level
About The Position
Bison Group is seeking a mid-level Identity Intelligence (I2) Analyst to support Marine Corps, Department of Defense, and partner-force missions. The analyst conducts multi-source exploitation, research, analysis, and production in a 24/7/365 operational environment, delivering actionable intelligence that supports national security and safeguards U.S. forces. The position works rotating 8-hour shifts (day, mid, or night), with assignments set by I2 Branch leadership. The analyst supports watchlisting and identity verification operations and applies expertise in biometrics, forensics, facial recognition, CELLEX, and DOMEX. The role involves collaboration with partner agencies including DFBA, NGIC, NCIS, and FBI SIU.
Requirements
- At least five years of full-time relevant experience in All Source, CI, HUMINT, SIGINT, or Open Source disciplines.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Hands-on experience with exploitation disciplines such as DOMEX, CELLEX, and DOCEX.
- Experience with Identity Intelligence tools and domains such as biometrics, forensics, and facial recognition.
- Required TS/SCI clearance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct triage, exploitation, and analysis across multiple intelligence domains.
- Produce high-quality intelligence products, reports, and briefings.
- Support watchlisting operations (BEWL) and identity verification efforts.
- Apply expertise in biometrics, forensics, facial recognition, CELLEX, and DOMEX.
- Collaborate with agencies such as DFBA, NGIC, NCIS, and FBI SIU.
- Deliver intelligence that informs decisions and safeguards U.S. forces worldwide.
