Mid-Level Intelligence Analyst

TSC•Aurora, CO
•$83,000 - $140,000

About The Position

FALCATA is hiring an Intelligence Analyst to perform sensor data fusion and reconstruction in support of research and operational requirements. The role supports mission planning for upcoming events involving new targets or collection methods, and provides post-event resolution of sensor and sensor-data anomalies. The analyst assists with assessing and describing anomalies and uncertainties related to collection and fusion of data from multiple sensors. The position also supports real-time algorithms and processes to better use sensor capabilities and implement physics-based solutions. The analyst provides subject-matter expertise on sensors, data analysis, and intelligence production related to missile and space launch systems, including trajectory analysis of events of interest. The role includes analyzing tracking performance, sensor information, and algorithm effectiveness using modeling, simulation, and data-analysis tools; reconstructing events from sensor data; applying and developing advanced sensor-fusion and processing algorithms; and researching new systems and technologies to develop analytic methodologies. The analyst also provides analysis training classes and ad hoc training on sensor data, fusion, and reconstruction tools, and supports advanced analysis of hard target sets. The position may be based in Denver, Colorado; Huntsville, Alabama; Dayton, Ohio; or Washington, DC. Candidates must hold current TS/SCI clearances. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a comprehensive background check, security investigation, and drug screening.
