About The Position
Bison Group is hiring a mid-level Identity Intelligence (I2) Analyst to support Marine Corps, Department of Defense, and partner-force missions. The analyst will conduct multi-source exploitation, research, analysis, and production to deliver actionable intelligence in a 24/7/365 operational environment. The position works rotating eight-hour shifts—days, mids, or nights—with assignments set by I2 Branch leadership.
Requirements
- At least five years of full-time relevant experience in All Source, CI, HUMINT, SIGINT, or Open Source disciplines.
- At least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Hands-on experience with exploitation disciplines such as DOMEX, CELLEX, and DOCEX.
- Experience with Identity Intelligence tools and domains, including biometrics, forensics, and facial recognition.
- A TS/SCI clearance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct triage, exploitation, and analysis across multiple intelligence domains.
- Produce intelligence products, reports, and briefings.
- Support watchlisting operations (BEWL) and identity verification efforts.
- Apply expertise in biometrics, forensics, facial recognition, CELLEX, and DOMEX.
- Collaborate with DFBA, NGIC, NCIS, FBI SIU, and other partners.
- Deliver intelligence that supports decisions and safeguards U.S. forces worldwide.
