About The Position

Peraton is seeking an Identity Intelligence Analyst Lead to help oversee triage and evaluation of all-source intelligence to support national watchlisting initiatives aimed at protecting the United States. The analyst will lead a team conducting targeted research and analysis, documenting information on known or suspected terrorists and preparing nominations that meet established quality standards. The ideal candidate has prior experience as a team lead or similar role supporting the intelligence and/or law enforcement communities, strong attention to detail, and is comfortable operating within structured processes that result in high production output.

Requirements

  • Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
  • 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of analytic methodologies and tradecraft, and ability to apply those skills within the intelligence cycle
  • Excellent attention to detail, and willingness and ability to work within existing standard operating procedures
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with diverse technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills to resolve issues with support from leadership

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant technical discipline
  • Experience supporting national-level customers
  • Experience working in the customer’s operational environment
  • Experience leveraging customer tools and databases to develop analytic products
  • Experience in a team lead or similar role

Responsibilities

  • Integrating and analyzing disparate, raw data and semi-structured reports to maintain and enhance watchlisting records of individuals deemed to be threats to the United States
  • Attending and actively supporting meetings with internal and external partners under the supervision of program and/or customer leadership
  • Ensuring all products adhere to applicable customer and community standards
  • Maintaining quality standards as directed by the program leadership team and supporting the implementation of corrective actions as needed
  • Engaging with colleagues to support initiatives designed to enhance customer tools and close capabilities gaps
  • Providing oversight, guidance, and mentoring to a team of professionals supporting national watchlisting requirements
