About The Position
The IAM Business Team Lead & Engineering Coordinator guides a cross‑functional team delivering Identity & Access Management solutions that align technical engineering capabilities with business objectives and priorities. This role helps balance security, business needs, and engineering execution to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant access across the enterprise. The Team Lead provides day‑to‑day technical and business leadership to IAM Engineers and Business Analysts, supporting high‑quality delivery of IAM services, governance implementation, lifecycle automation, and access management initiatives. Acting as a subject matter expert, mentor, and escalation point, the role works closely with IT, Cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to support consistent execution and operational success.
Requirements
- Technical and business leadership experience.
- Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- Understanding of IAM services, governance implementation, lifecycle automation, and access management initiatives.
- Subject matter expertise in IAM.
- Experience working with IT, Cybersecurity, and business stakeholders.
