About The Position

This role supports daily operational execution while serving as a key resource for workload prioritization, escalation support, and performance oversight. The individual helps ensure service levels, regulatory timelines, quality standards, and control requirements are consistently met by monitoring work, validating accuracy, and addressing risks or issues as they arise. The role also partners with leaders and cross‑functional teams on staffing coverage, audit support, and process improvements, reinforcing strong operational discipline and enabling people leaders to focus on coaching, workforce strategy, and broader business priorities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Five to seven years or more of operations services related work experience
  • Strong PC skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to identify, analyze and resolve exceptions through data interpretation
