Tidal Wave Auto Spa is a rapidly growing car wash chain and a leader in the industry with locations nationwide. This role offers an opportunity to learn the operations of a car wash and develop leadership skills, serving as a stepping stone to management positions within the company. The Team Leader assists with the facility's operations and sets an example for the team by exceeding expectations and supporting the management team in a fast-paced, fun, and team-oriented environment.

Requirements

Friendly, Responsible, and Reliable!
Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
Assist in opening and closing the facility.
Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
