Requirements

Be able to provide excellent customer service
Excellent communication skills in person, by phone, and email
Experience with computer software
Be able to learn new proprietary software quickly
Troubleshooting skills to be able to determine account issues
Must be able to work prior to when students arrive on campus. Before orientation in the Fall and weekend arrival in the Spring.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of the I-9 and employment eligibility requirements.
This position is subject to a criminal background check. All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of the criminal background check.

Availability during semester breaks and summer is a plus.

Responsibilities

Create ID cards for fellow students and Faculty/Staff
Replace Lost ID cards for fellow students and Faculty/Staff
Troubleshoot ID card issues for fellow students and Faculty/Staff across multiple software programs
Support the day-to-day activities of the office
Print/distribute ID cards to incoming class each semester
