About The Position

The University of Florida Veterinary Hospitals is seeking a passionate, proactive, and positive Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) Overnight Supervisor to lead their night shift team. This role involves balancing advanced clinical care with team mentorship, practicing top-tier medicine, and championing a supportive "Just Culture." As a working supervisor, you will be actively involved on the floor, saving lives, teaching advanced skills, and building a cohesive, collaborative team. The position offers a unique schedule designed for work-life balance.

Requirements

  • Must be a Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, or RVT).
  • 4+ years of dedicated experience in veterinary emergency medicine.
