About The Position

The University of Florida Veterinary Hospitals is looking for a passionate, proactive, and positive Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) Overnight Supervisor to lead their incredible night shift team. This role involves balancing advanced clinical care with team mentorship, championing a supportive "Just Culture," cultivating the next generation of veterinary professionals, and practicing top-tier medicine. As a working supervisor, the individual will be on the floor, saving lives, teaching advanced skills, and building a cohesive, collaborative team.

Requirements

• Must be a Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, or RVT).
• 4+ years of dedicated experience in veterinary emergency medicine.
