About The Position

Seasonal Ice Rink Attendants help provide a safe, clean, and enjoyable skating experience for guests at City Springs during the winter ice rink season, November 13 through January 18, 2027. The role supports rink operations, guest services, events, and general upkeep. Required availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day. Attendants work in cold outdoor conditions and may work on slippery surfaces.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in cold outdoor conditions for extended periods.
• Ability to work as part of a team and flexibility to take on a variety of tasks.

Nice To Haves

• Skating experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with rink opening and closing procedures, including skate preparation and rink-side setup.
• Help guests with skate rentals, returns, and sizing.
• Monitor ice activities, enforce rink rules, and provide crowd control support.
• Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the rink area.
• Provide customer service and assist guests as needed.
• Support supervisors with rink operations, events, and general upkeep.
