Requirements

Ability to take direction, delegate, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic English literacy, math skills, and cash-handling.
Flexible schedule adaptability and physical capability for lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Ensuring positive guest experiences.
Understanding and explaining the ice cream menu.
Handling all aspects of payment processing.
Maintaining health and safety regulations, clean work areas, stocked supplies, balanced cash drawers, and outdoor seating area setup/cleanup.
